Salmon Fish -1 lb
Red chili powder – 1&1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 2 tsp(optional)
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Lemon – 1
Curry leaves – 1 tsp(finely minced)
Salt – to salt
Oil – for shallow frying(i have used about 2 tbsp)
