These is what you will need to cook this spicy Thai dish.
Hoki or similar firm fish fillet – about 300 gms
Gogi/Tempura flour – enough to coat the fish fillets
Cooking oil – enough to cover pan for shallow frying
The Sticky Thai Sauce.
Cooking Oil – 2 tbls
Chili – 3 or more if u like it spicy hot
Garlic – 3
Palm Sugar – 1 1/2 tbls
Tamarind paste – 1 1/2 tbls
Fish sauce – 1/2 tbls
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Water – 1/2 cup
