Chicken Chilli Baked Wraps

Ingredients:
Chicken Chunks 300 grams
Shredded Cheese 100 grams
Capsicum sliced 1
Cilantro for garnish
Onions 1
Pizza Seasoning to taste
Pizza Sauce 200 grams
Tomato Puree 100 grams
Roll Wraps 4-6 units
Method:
1. In a bowl add cooked tomato puree and pizza seasoning to pizza sauce, mix well and set aside
2. Next an oven safe small to medium sized dish, depending on the servings
3. On a working station lay out wraps and add chicken, veggies and sauce. Fold it into a roll and lay over the sauce in the dish
4.Repeat the process until all the roll are set side by side seam side down
5. Spread a final thin layer of the sauce and top it off with a handful of shredded cheese
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 12-15mins or until cheese is golden brown
7. Be careful while taking out, serve warm. Enjoy!

Cookies N Cream Trifle

Ingredients:
Chocolate Sheet Cake
Flour 175 grams
Cocoa Powder 50 grams
Warm Water 200 grams
Sugar 200 grams
Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Salt a pinch
Eggs 75 grams
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Yogurt 62 grams
Oil 80 ml
For layers ingredients:
Cookies and cream biscuits 2 packets
Whipping Cream 200 ml
Chocolate Chip Cookie Crumble 4-6 cookies
Cocoa Powder 1-2 tbsp
Method:
1.Coat a deep baking tray with oil, line it with baking paper and set aside
2. In a bowl whisk the cocoa powder and warm water until smooth, set aside
3. In a separate bowl whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt until combined
4. Add the eggs, vegetable oil, sour cream and vanilla and beat until smooth
5. Now add in the cocoa mixture slowly until just combined
6. Pour on to the baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-12mins, until cake springs bake on touch
7. Let cool for a bit, then run a knife around the edge of the tray and then turnover on a clean kitchen towel and remove the baking paper
8. After cooling completely, trim the tops of the cakes to level them and cut layers horizontally, if desired and cut out the cake discs

9. Divide whipped cream in 2 parts. Add cocoa powder and beat well to 1 part and cookie crumble to the other, mix well and set aside

Cookies and Cream Trifle
Assembly
1. Start off with chocolate chip cookie crumble at the base of your serving glass followed by a cookies and cream layer topped off with a cake disc
2. Continue layering with cookie. s and cream layer over the cake layer then chocolate cream. Finish it off with chocolate chip cookie crumble

3. Drizzle chocolate sauce if you desire
4. Serve chilled, Enjoy!
