Spicy Chinese Chili Garlic Chicken Stir Fry Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 pounds ground chicken
1 finely diced onion
1 diced carrot
2 diced celery stalks
1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
1 cup diced cabbage
1/4 cup diced yellow squash
chopped green onions
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. sesame oil
4 tbsp. chicken fat
2 tbsp. chili garlic sauce
2 tbsp. Chinese cooking wine or rice vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. light soy sauce
1 tbsp. dark soy sauce

In a wok or pan add 2 tbsp. chicken fat, 1 tbsp. sesame oil and 1 tsp. minced garlic.
Cook and stir for 20-30 seconds and then add ground chicken.

Cook, chop and stir for about 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Remove from pan.

In same pan on medium heat add 2 tbsp. of chiken fat, 1 tsp. minced garlic
and chili garlic sauce. Cook and stir for about 30 seconds and then add chopped
onions. Cook and stir for 1 minute.

Add in carrots, celery and bell peppers. Cook and stir for 1 minute.
Add chopped cabbage, cook and stir for 2-3 minutes.
Add diced yellow squash, cook and stir for 1 minute.

Add seasonings: cooking wine, sugar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce.
Cook and stir until combined.
Add cooked chicken back into pan.
Cook and stir for another minute. Taste for any seasonings.
Serve and enjoy.
