Bangus Recipes na Pang-millenials | Sweet Chili Bangus and Baked Cheesy Bangus

Sweet Chili Bangus Ingredients
1 pc boneless bangus (750g)
1 cup sliced tokwa/tofu
½ pc garlic (chopped)
2 pcs medium-sized onion (chopped)
1 tbsp ginger (thinly sliced) (optional)
1 tbsp chili garlic paste/sauce ( or garlic oil if you dont like it spicy)
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1 tbsp salt
1/4 cup water (you can add a little more)
1 pack filipino style tomato sauce (or any brand + 1 tbsp sugar+ 1 tbsp ketsup) (200g)
2 tbsp cooking oil

*Fry tofu and bangus in medium-high heat (130-160°C if using induction stove)

Baked Cheesy Bangus Ingredients
1 pc bangus (750g)
2 tbsp calamansi or lemon juice
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder (you can add other spices like parsley and thyme for more flavor)
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1/3 cup shredded cheese (any kind, but I prefer quick melt cheese or mozzarella)

*Pre-heat oven at 180°C for 10 mins, then bake it for 20 mins.
