Refined Oil 3/4 cup
Toasted Sesame Oil 1/4 cup (I use this one
Onion 1/2
Spring Onion 3
Ginger 2 inch piece
Garlic 20 Large Cloves
Red Chilli Flakes 4 tbsp
Gochugaru 3 tbsp (Use same amount of red chilli flakes if you don’t have korean gochugaru)
Sesame seeds 3 tbsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
