In this vlog I will be doing an unboxing and review of my new SONY WH-1000XM4 headphones: talking about the features, pros and cons. I will also do an unboxing and review of the New Balance 550’s in white. Furthermore I will share a really delicious chili sin carne recipe and take you guys along on a breakfast/study date with my sister at the Hoxton hotel in Amsterdam.

Chili recipe from @deliciouslyella on IG:
All you need is:
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 medium white onion, finely chopped
– 1 stick of celery, finely chopped
– 2 cloves of garlic, peeled & chopped
– 1 red chilli, deseeded & finely sliced
– 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
– 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
– 3 tablespoons of tomato purée
– 2x 400g tin of mixed beans
– 400g tin of chopped tomatoes
– 1 tablespoon maple syrup
– A small handful of fresh coriander
– Salt and pepper
– Optional: 1 avocado
1. Place a large saucepan over a medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil, the onion, celery, garlic and a pinch of salt and cook until soft, about 5-10 minutes.
2. Now add the chilli, rosemary, thyme and tomato puree and cook for another couple of minutes. Then add the beans, tomatoes, 150ml water, maple syrup and bring to the boil, then lower the heat and leave to simmer for 25-30 minutes, at which point it should have a thick consistency.
3. To finish drizzle with a little olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and add any a little fresh coriander and half a sliced avocado
