The Grandma's Kampot Sauce with Garlic, Chili and Lime – Recipes – Cambodian Food

In this video Kanary’s mom, the Grandma, shares her Kampot dipping sauce recipe. The sauce is great as a dipping sauce for boiled chicken and for seafood such as squid and prawns. It is also delicious with fried rice.

Ingredients:

6 garlic cloves
1 hot chili
2 limes
1 teaspoon MSG
1 tablespoon sugar
1-2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon palm sugar
