CHILI MAC SAUCE:
1 1/2 cups hemp seeds
1/8 sweet onion
8 cloves fresh garlic
juice of 1 lemon
10 sundried tomato slices
1/4 red bell pepper
1/2 serrano pepper
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ancho chile powder
1 tsp dried thyme
Add coconut water to desired consistency – about 1/4 cup. Blend.
