    So you cook the sausage, thenremove them, then add onions, then add peppers, then add sausage again? How long for each? You only specify occasionally. Awesome though.

    I usually brown slightly my garlic and add diced tomatoes at the end .. I also remove some of the inners of the bread to make it more sausage and peppers than the bread and lessen the carbohydrates.

    What No Oh Yeah Baby at the end, OM. Osara that looks really good. I'm going to give it a try because I want to try the OH YEAH BABY. Normally I wouldn't want to bite into one of those peppers. It be like Hell FIRE Baby!
