Here’s what you’ll need:
* Cooked beans
* 2-3 tbsp Tahini
* 2-3 tbsp Yogurt
* 1 Pomegranate
* 1 Tomato
* Cumin
* Ground chili
* Parsley
* 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Cooking steps:
1. Pour canned cooked fava beans into a cooking pan.
2. Add tahini and yogurt, then mix well.
3. Allow the mixture to simmer for a few minutes.
4. Transfer to a serving plate, and garnish with cumin, chili flakes, chopped tomatoes, parsley, and pomegranate seeds.
5. Drizzle generously with olive oil.
