In today’s video I’m sharing some of my favorite plant based dinner recipes. They are all affordable, easy, and super delicious!
MUSHROOM POT PIE
Ingredients:
16-24 oz baby Bella mushrooms, diced
2 carrots, diced
1 1/2 tbsp garlic
1 cup green beans (fresh or frozen)
1 cup peas (fresh or frozen)
1 yellow onion, diced
1 1/2 cups yukon gold or russet potatoes, diced
4 cups vegetable broth
5 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp salt
5 tbsp olive oil
2 containers of biscuits

INSTANT POT VEGGIE CHILI
VEGAN DRUNKEN NOODLES
SLOPPY LENTILS
BUTTERNUT SQUASH CHILI
