I designed this a while ago, and lost the momentum. But I still get a kick out of the descriptions I made for it, especially “The Dancing Skeleton” drink. I dunno if this is allowed on this board, but I’m proud of where it was going, with the intent being that it’s a modern restaurant with an accompanying food truck in the Twin Cities (Minneapolis/Saint Paul, Minnesota).

“El restaurante del esqueleto colorido” would be the proper naming.
Also its “Enchiladas” with one L and “Tortilla” not “Torilla”.
Other than that pretty nice imo.

It’s “Tamal” though, not “Tamale.”
