Went to Avery Island LA and toured the Tabasco plant and drove through the Jungle Gardens. Picked up these two sauces and I am a fan. The lady said the reaper sauce was too hot so they diluted it with regular tobasco which is interested. Itās probably the same level of heat as the tobasco scorpion. The Peruvian sauce is very good. It has turmeric so it has that flavor to it.
