not sure if this counts but bbq brisket and egg tacos w/jalapeno, onion and chihuahua cheese.

   This feels more American than Mexican tbh. Like buffalo wild wings or applebees vibes lol
   Like you just had tortillas, eggs, cheese, jalapeños laying around and said, “if i put these ingredients together it’ll be Mexican.” Must be fire but not Mexican enough
