What recipes can I use this with? I bought this out of curiosity thinking it might be like heavy cream, but its much more bland & is different. Cacique Crema Mexicana Fresh Table Cream. -Thanks! :)

  1. You put it on enchiladas, etc. it’s fairly mild.

I love this cream! It is perfect to put on top of enchiladas, chilaquiles and flautas. You can even put a little bit on top of refried beans. There is a dessert called ensalada navideña. Pretty much a fruit salad (apples, pineapple, pecans, marshmallows and this cream)

i worked at taco place that mixed this with everything, all the labels said like “ranch crema” sriracha crema” “mayo crema” etc

Mix some with lime, chili powder, cayenne, cumin, celery seed, salt and pepper and you have a nice drizzle for tacos and quesadillas

I love this stuff and always keep it on-hand in a squirt bottle. I like to put those criss-cross lines on top of my plates of tacos – like tacos dorados de papa with green salsa, pico de gallo and this stuff on top. It’s also completely necessary for fish tacos, imo.

  6. Everything. It’s like sour cream, just more mild.

I’m addicted to this stuff, and their other varieties. Any taco, burrito, chili, etc. I used some in my chicken tikka masala, because I didn’t have heavy cream. Worked out wonderfully.

I put that shit on everything. Chilaquiles, enchiladas, nachos, burritos, you name it.

Blend it up with avocado garlic salt and oregano and it makes a hell of a sauce.
