Hard to tell from just the appearance, but genuine Hatch chilies have a distinctive and high quality flavor. Not the brand Hatch, specifically the variety of chili.

When you return it, ask them! 😉

Looks like dried chile de arbol grinded up in a molcajete.

Fround dried peppers but not sure what the mixture is. If they made it themselves, doubt you can reproduce it

Who cares? Get drunk and steal more! However, simply asking them what you stole will surely lead to an answer.

Was it a Pizzeria? Here in México they give chile de árbol to put it on the pizza sometimes.

I’m leaning toward Chile piquín cause it’s more orange than Chile de árbol which is a deeper red.

Go back and ask them show them the bottle and tell them the story.

Maybe take it back, since I assume it wasn’t a fucking taco bell they probably work hard to pay for all the shit that drunk assholes steal.

It’s Chile Mascabel. Go to any Mexican Food store and ask for it. Make sure you say it exactly as I mentioned.

  13. Astroohhh

It’s a chile called mamadas, go to your nearest mexican restaurant and ask for a “mamada”

  14. MrJeffersonHEEHEE

    Es chile “Tajín” o “piquín”
    Chilli powder
    Lemon
    Salt
That’s it you can create it

  15. To avoid the embarrassment of returning the item..go back, order a full meal, leave the spice on the table and also ask them what the spice is..problem solved

How about you idk fucking ask them next time instead of stealing 🤔

It’s a rare spice that can only be obtained in the mountainous areas of Mexico. It’s called Chile Tenkajo.

  22. flawedsilver

Chile ancho just ask for a big Chile ancho and they will give it to you for free

  24. Its called crotolamo you can buy it in any mexican speciality store.

  25. FavouriteSongs

As if being drunk makes you less responsible. Stop being a thief.

  26. I’m contacting the local National Office of Mexican Affairs for Major Events and Services (NOMAMES) and alert them to NEVER leave their Chile Piquin unattended again. Persist and you shall be served cold tortillas.
