My entire household loves your cooking videos. You seem to have a natural comfort being in front of a camera and presenting these recipes calmly and directly, without getting flustered or making too many verbal mistakes (although we have noticed that you say "Butter" as "Baraj", this is probably related to the Armenian language and accent though, and it does not detract from the quality of these videos, which is very good!).
I have tried to make YouTube cooking videos before, but they were terrible, because I found myself constantly stuttering and being very camera-shy!

marinated stuffs are very rich in probiotics
there is a veggie called chayote… my grandmother would peel it slice it chop cellery and carrots and simmer it with oil and lemon…it never lasted…i would not stop eating it… this reminded me of it…
