   As a Mexican, that CAN cook, I find that disgusting.

   Cilantro with chilaquiles? No, never seen it, MOST likely because it would not taste good.

   Never tasted chorizo with chilaquiles… Might be good, but there’s another ingredient there, cheese? Or eggs? It’s pushing it a bit much.

   And mixing chorizo and cream?? No. Not appetizing.
   Why?
   Cream is SWEET.
   Chorizo is SALTY.
   Ugh.

   It just looks bad. Better follow first a traditional recipe than this unholy mess…
