It preference what cheese use. Yes fried tortillas in oil then dip into sauce come out perfectly. I didn’t show that process. That good old age cheddar so it good cheese lol.

as a mexican this seems mostly fine actually l, the biggest “problems” i can see are the tortillas and that basically no one here uses thst kind of cheese, also i think theyre fried, but it looks good i would probably try them
