TASTY Shrimp Pasta Recipe I make on repeat! | homemade pasta, sweet chili sauce, tons of garlic!

I love making homemade pappardelle and of course, other types of pastas. I love this shrimp pasta recipe, especially with my homemade pappardelle. Making homemade pasta at home is very easy. No equipment needed. Just your hands and a rolling pin…maybe a kitchen scale for more accuracy, but not required. I make this pasta on the regular and I even put it on menus in a few different restaurants that people LOVED! Delicious shrimp pasta recipe with mushrooms, a whole head of roasted garlic and a sweet chili sauce. A definite must try at home

Homemade pappardelle pasta dough recipe:
2-1/2 c ap flour 227 g
6 egg yolks
1 whole egg
1-1/2 t oil 7 g
1 T heavy cream 17 g

Seasoned salt recipe:
1 c fine grain sea salt
2 tbsp each onion and garlic powder
3 tbsp each chili powder and paprika
1 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp toasted cumin
2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves, crushed
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp dried marjoram, crushed
