   I have not tried Huitlacoche yet (my ancestors would be ashamed) but everyone assures me it’s delicious. This looks great.

   I love huetlacoche! But I would NOT be OK with lettuce in my quesadilla.

   Lalo’s, my favorite Mexican place in Sacramento, sells this when they’re in season. They don’t buy the canned version. It’s great. They also have flor de calabaza which is good too.
