Ingredients
3 pounds chuck steak (diezmillo) chopped in cubes
3 cups hot water
2 medium potatoes chopped in cubes
1/3 cup guajillo chili powder
1/2 chopped onion
2 garlic cloves
1 1/2 Tbs chicken bouillon
1 Tbs Oregano
1/2 Tsp ground cumin
1/2 Tsp salt
1/4 black pepper or to taste
Optional for Spice 1 Tsp Extra Picante chili seasoning
