    That looks delicious. My Granny made the best albondigas. I miss her and I miss her albondigas.

    Recipe
    Water in pot half way full,
    Add tomatoes sauce
    Knorr chicken bullion powder
    Garlic powder
    Onion powder
    Italian seasoning
    Chopped chayote, summer squash,carrots potatoes,onion,garlic,zuchinni,cilantro, tomatoes, celery (I’ll add if I forget more)

    Add bay leaf
    And some Mexican oregano

    When your soup is boiling Add meat balls let cook till meatballs are dense and potatoes are soft
