Today we cooking two types of mushroom recipes with 20KG Mushrooms.
First, we made a crispy mushroom fry with VARIKKI. Varikki is one of the snacks in Tamil Nadu. We use Varikki to make breadcrumbs.
Also, we made mushroom pepper gravy with hand-ground traditional masalas.
Finally, the two types of Hot and Crispy mushroom recipes comes with delicious taste.
