Chili Recipe: 4 servings
1 Pound Lean Ground Beef
1 Can Light Red Kidney Beans, drained
1 Can Rotel
1 Cup Corn, frozen
1 Cup Tomato Sauce (I use the Skinnyish Dish recipe)
1 Can Tomato Paste
! Cup Water
Cook on Low in crock-pot for 8-10 hours, or High 4-6 hours
Chocolate Banana Kodiak Muffins: Makes 6, 2 Points Each
2/3 Cup Kodiak Cakes Dark Chocolate Flapjack and Waffle Mix
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
2 Ripe Bananas
1 TSP Baking Powder
Bake at 350 for 21 minutes, let cool, store in fridge!
Banana Nut Kodiak Muffins: Makes 6, 2 Points Each
2/3 Cup Kodiak Cakes Buttermilk and Honey Flapjack and Waffle Mix
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
1/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts
2 Ripe Bananas
1 TSP Baking Powder
Bake at 350 for 21 minutes, let cool, store in fridge!
