1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp complete seasoning
1 tsp creole seasoning
1.3 lb ground beef
1 can sweet corn
2 shallots
3 garlic cloves
2 cups of cooked rice
1 bag of sharp cheddar cheese

Boil bell peppers for 3 minutes
Back on 350 for 15 minutes
Broil for 2-3 minutes
