Ingredients:
1/2 lb (227g) Ground Beef
3 oz (85g) Chana Dal (Split Yellow Peas) 1/2 Cup
1/2 Cup Rice
0.7 oz (20g) / 1/8 Bunch
Savory
Mint
Parsley
Chives
Green Onions
3 to 5 Bell Peppers
1 Onion
1 Onion
1 Tomato
1 Tbsp Tomato Paste
1 Tbsp Tomato Paste
1 Lime
1 Garlic Clove
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
5 Dried Prunes
Curry Seasoning
Turmeric, Salt, Ground Chili Pepper

Preparations:
1- Dice one of the onions.
2- Slice the other onion.
3- Wash and rinse the chana dal.
4- Wash and rinse the rice.
5- Mince the herbs.
6- Slice the tomato lengthwise.
7- Cut the top of the bell peppers and clean the center seeds out.

  1. A little sugar should be added to the sauce, I think, to balance out the acidity of the tomatoes and lime. Interesting recipe though.
