Easy Lemon Pepper Chicken Recipe | Easy and Quick Starter



Lemon Chicken Recipe is a dish unlike most chicken recipes. It will leave your guests and your family in awe with its unique flavour and taste. You won’t be searching how to make lemon chicken once you’re done with this recipe. You may also call it Pepper Chicken dry, or Lemon Pepper Chicken.

Ingredients:

Chicken 1 K.G
For marination
Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
Salt as per taste
Black pepper powder 1 tablespoon
Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
1/2 cup yogurt ( Dahi )
For the cooking step:
Oil 3 to 4 tablespoons or you can use butter
Tej Patta 2 (Bay leaves)
Black pepper corn 4
Finely chopped garlic 1 tablespoons
Ginger julienne 1 tablespoons
Salt as per taste
Green Chilli 4
Black pepper powder 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
For slurry
2 tablespoons water
1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
