  1. I wrote the recipe down and my mom has made it once and is planning to make it again. She absolutely loves it.

  2. My mother makes these but with out the cheese don't like cooked peppers it's
A texture thing I eat raw peppers all the time with the cheese they look good I would eat just the meat mixture and add cheese not the Velveeta cheese but maybe a mozzarella or just plain cheddar cheese love your videos just found them and started with this one will be subscribing to your channel

  3. Three years later it’s November 2018 and I just came home and made this for dinner. Changed it up some since I am vegetarian. So I used vegetarian “hamburger” and also used shredded cheese instead of velveta. Oh wow. Sooooo yummy 😋 Thanks for this recipe. Will be making this again 🙂

  4. My mom and I made this a while back and it was amazing! Will be our go to recipe for stuffed peppers from now on! Also the stuffing mixture is great on its own. Thank you for sharing!

  5. My mom still raves about this recipe. We both love it and I also showed her roommate how to make the 2 ingredient fudge and he loves it.

  6. Made stuffed bell peppers this past weekend! Used both green and red bell peppers. And subbed with canned white beans instead of hamburger meat (haven't eaten beef in years). So delicious.

  7. as a kid i think we would have stuff peppers about 4 x a year. top with parmesan cheese for the can most likley that was the only cheese we had. i love it and crave it still 2day

  8. I’ve never had homemade stuffed peppers, but I have a Stouffer’s one in the freezer that I’ll probably have for lunch tomorrow. You’re super productive! I always dread dishes, but you knocked them out immediately.

  9. I like my stuffed peppers with and without rice. Growing up we didn’t like rice and mom never put rice in her green peppers. When, I heard this as I got older and heard that, I would just give people the strangest look, mom never used cheese neither but, we would just sprinkle a little parmesan before we ate them. As, I got older and tried rice, I then, would use rice and cheese for my stuffed peppers. Yes when, I make them, I will put mushrooms and once, I have my cheese put on top, I will then, sit sliced black olives on top. This is a great dish, every so often, I crave these. Thank you, for sharing your version, will definitely have to try it this way. I like to try different versions of recipes to see which one, turns out better.

  10. Tami Dunn, my Name is Karen I'm from Cape Breton Nova, Scotia Canada I love green peppers, I have to try this Recipe it looks really good.

  11. Those look perfect. Growing up my mom made them more of like a pasta thing where they would be stuffed full, but would be very saucy with sauce surrounding them and not just in the mixture. I never had cheese on them until a friend's wife made me some, and they were awesome. This is comfort food for me.
