Mexican food seems hard to come by in the UK. Are the ingredients the issue or just not many Mexican immigrants/ cultural demand for the cuisine?

It looks nice! Much better than the things we usually see in Europe! Some pointers:

    * the plating is kinda off. This is more like it

    * Green Pipian is a type of mole, but it has to be more liquid than a gravy.
    * Mexican food does not need ALL to be plated with cilantro and aguacate! specially a dish that is already spiced with herbs, it’s overkill. Less is more!

hijo de su madre, ya andan antojando jeje. No soy muy fan del pipian, pero se ve bueno y el arroz **cheff’s kiss**.

Damn, that looks great. I’m not a huge fan of pipian tbh, but looks great, specially the rice

It looks great, although I wouldn’t add cilantro. It’s kinda over the top because I suppose you already added cilantro to your pepian.

I get that for people outside of Mexico, adding cilantro makes it mexican for a reason, but then again, no need to sprinkle cilantro on everything.

Dang, I see the rice and the avocado but that other thing looks like some one put garnish on some poop…. I’d still eat it if it smelled good XD

Looks delicious! With any kind of mole, I’d usually top it with sesame seeds if they are available
