Was a big fan of their serrano and jalapeño but the cost basically doubled from when I first discovered Yellowbird, so I don’t really buy them unless there’s a sale now
I like the habanero and blue agave the best out of their lineup. Their sauces complement each dishes flavor rather than overpowering it with excessive heat.
I love all but the Serrano
Solid staples. Nothing to write home about. But definitely something that I keep a couple bottles of on hand at all times.
