⇛ INGREDIENTS
For Marination:
Maida – 1/4 cup
Cornflour – 1/4 cup
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Pepper – 1/4 tsp
Water – 1/4 cup
Paneer – 250 gram
Oil to fry

For Gravy:
Oil – 4 tbsp
Garlic – 2tbsp
Ginger – 2 tbsp
Green Chilli – 2
Onion – 1 ( Cut into layers)
Capsicum – 1/2 ( Cut into cubes)
Carrot – 1/4 cup ( Cut into slices)
Tomato – 1/2 ( Cut into small pieces)
Vinegar – 2 tsp
Green chilli sauce – 2 tsp
Soya sauce – 1 tsp
Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp
Black pepper – 1 tsp
Cornflour paste – 2 tbsp
Knorr hot & sour soup powder – 2 tbsp
Water – 1 cup
Salt to taste
Garnish with spring onions
