Why are the onions so chunky?
Becky doesn’t mind onion flavor so amber easily could’ve put the entire onion (root removed) and then taken it out when the chili was done.. I guess it was easier for her to put shot glass sized chunks to assure she’d have the entire stockpot to herself for the evening 😂
