Alta cocina mexicana, or “upper mexican cuisine”…. no, no and no! If you are in Manzanillo go to the street and go to the street market. Ask for ” tacos the pescado” or simply “tacos”, you need to taste our REAL flavors and only out, at the streets at markets going to know the real flavour of our gastronomy. Sorry for my english!

Why isn’t it battered in egg and fried? I had a restaurant that served it not battered in egg and fried. Just stuffed.Worst Mexican food experience ever.
