I make this Greek appetizer recipe twice a week! Stuffed red peppers with Feta cheese!

This easy and tasty appetizer it’s one of my favorite! The stuffed red peppers with feta cheese are very tasty and easy to make. My familly loves this recipe and I make it very often!
If you want to make home fresh cheese quick and easyȘ

INGREDIENTS:
– 3 red peppers
– 1 small tomato
– 1/2 clove of garlic
– 1 tsp oregano
– black pepper
– 2 tsp olive oil
– 100 g feta cheese
-100 g fresh cheese
– 50 g grated cheese (graviera)
– 2 tbsp greek yoghurt
Bake at 180°C/356°F – for 20 minutes
