04 Bunch Fresh Methi
150 Grams Arhar Dal
01 Small Tomato Chopped
01 Small Red onion Sliced
02 Green Chili Split
04 no’s Garlic Cloves Chopped
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
01 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
01 tsp Turmaric Powder
01 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
01 tsp Coriender Powder
salt to taste, some ghee and cooking oil.
