Tandoori Chicken Roast – Without Oven Roast Recipe



Tandoori Chicken is a famous delicacy of India and Pakistan. Chicken pieces are coated with spicy marinade and cooked on a grill or tandoor until chicken is tender to bone. In this recipe I have shown very basic and authentic way of making chicken tandoori at home. This tandoori chicken recipe is made without oven or any kind of grill. It is delicious and super easy.

Ingredients:
Chicken Leg Pieces 6
Washing-
Salt 1tbs
Vinegar 1/2cup
Water 2cups

First Marination-
Salt 1tsp
Turmeric 1tsp
Garlic Paste 4tbs
Lemons 5

2nd Marination-
Salt 1tsp
Red Chili 2tsp
Cumin 2tsp
Garam Masala 1/2tsp
Oil 2tbs
Chili Flakes 1tsp
Yoghurt 1.5cups
Orange Food Color 1/2tsp
Lime Powder 1/2tsp

But bhai I live in Europe and yehan electric stoves hotai hain tu end procedure kaise karain gai give us some other way out for it joh last main apnai masla dry out kya hai. And over here one cannot do barbq at home we have to take permission from management otherwise fire alarms bajnai shoro hojatai hain

    Could you please tell us the temperature we need to set on the AirFryer to cook these legs. Does it need to me put over the fire after itā€™s Airfried?
