Bean/Chili Soup

Have fun in the kitchen and don’t be scared to experiment and try new things.

I decided to just grab a few things out of my pantry to see what I could create – and it was really yummy!

Ingredients:
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 can of hatch chili’s
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 cup of pinto beans dried – then soaked overnight
1 cup of brown lentils dried – then soaked overnight
1 packet of chili seasoning
About 6 cups of water.

– Add all ingredients to pressure cooker and cook for about 25 minutes, let it release naturally (about another 30 minutes) and then enjoy!

– Wait to add salt after it is done cooking
