Ingredients

Eggs 10
Coconut Oil
Black Pepper Powder 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Salt Powder
Onion
Garlic Ginger Paste
Green Chili
Curry Leaves
Pandan Leaves
Chili Powder 2 tbsp
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Water 2 Cups
Tomato

Today, grandma and daughter will show you how to make Egg Pepper Roast – Spicy Egg Roast – Egg Recipe

Boil the eggs, remove shells, cut half and set aside. Grind Black Pepper, Fennel Seeds, Cinnamon, Cloves and Cardamom for the masala paste with 2-3 tablespoon of water. Grind to a smooth paste and set aside. Heat oil in a pan and add black pepper powder, turmeric powder, some salt and fry egg halves. After fry remove eggs and put aside. Using same oil add onion, green chilli, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, pandan leaves, red chilli powder and masala paste, tomato and let it get cooked in medium flame. Add roasted eggs and keep the flame on low and slowly roast the eggs until thick gravy.
