
Any idea why there’s no options when I try to redeem my points rewards? I now have two free rewards that I can’t use. I’ve sent message to support on the app twice but no response
This happened about 2 months ago, I’ve redeemed dozens of other rewards with no issue prior to that

Double check you have the most current version of the app.
If clearing app cache and data and reinstalling doesn’t work, change the restraint location to a a diffrent one and try to use the reward, then change your location to the real location your using before placing the order.
I have the same issue. The play store (android) says the newest version is from July 13th.
