It is the cantina taco, wrapped in cheese. They just over-portioned and possibly under-fried the shell. It’s a constant struggle getting crew to portion correctly, because you’re supposed to measure a perfect rectangle of cheese by sight on the parchment paper, set the taco in the center and lay it down, so the cheese covers only the lower half, which allows you to grip it at the top.
I genuinely don’t know who thought that our 16 year-old stoners would get this right. Bad concept. We execute it perfectly here, because my MICs always expedite and they know I’ll flip if they send out a piece of crap like that. Still, our average time has gone up by 15 seconds since this came out.

No, they out waaaaaay too much cheese. It’s supposed to be a two-finger pinch that only covers the taco about halfway up each side.
