Throw away? Leave them?

What should I do with the bushes from which I harvested the crop? Dispose of them? Leave them for the next year? I live in Israel, and winter temperatures are rarely below 10 degrees Celsius.

Keep growing them if you like. Pepper plants can live for years. They’ll survive 10 C no problem.

If you want to start over for no reason. You can grow all year round most likely

Peppers are perennials. As long as they don’t ever see frost, you can leave them outside. If you think you may get frost, safer to bring them inside. Either way u can save them for next year and they’ll be even bigger next time around because your starting with a larger root system.

Pepper plants can easily live for a couple years if its warm enough
