Yep all the time. Everything I’ve tried has made no difference. Restart phone, clear app data, reinstall the app, log out and back in. None of these do anything and a few hours later it will randomly work after I already got my food for the day.

Glad to hear it isn’t only me. I already lost one and now my one expiring on 8/31 is gone. I contacted rewards@tacobell.com and DigitalSupport@tacobell.com about a week ago with no response. Maybe I’ll hear back in a few weeks 🙄

I had 2 fire rewards to redeem and coincidentally the last week of them being redeemable, they wouldn’t load or sometimes they wouldn’t show so I couldn’t ever use them.

I bet it works when you remove the rewards too. That’s how it is here at a certain restaurant, I don’t know if they can disable online ordering or whatever but it always seems to work once I get rid of the rewards stuff

I keep having the issue where if I select a reward and put it in the cart with another reward eligible item, the reward will automatically default to the cheapest reward available ex. If I have a chalupa and crunchy taco, the crunchy taco becomes the reward even if I use the chalupa reward.

I’ve had this issue when trying to use my rewards at one of the crappy franchise locations close to me. The rewards menu loads normally for the other locations I’ve tried, so I wonder if the franchise location was just able to disable reward redemptions somehow.
One workaround that has worked for me before was changing the location to a different TB location (where the rewards menu loads normally), selecting your rewards item, then swapping the location back to where you actually want to pickup your order from.

This morning I had several new rewards like a free taco with $5+ purchase and the $3 off $15 breakfast purchase, etc… I’m assuming one of those had an issue and they had to take things down to sort it out.
As always, a little communication would solve the problem but that just doesn’t seem to be something they care about which sucks. I’m sure it’ll be back up soon

Honestly, this BS happened a month or 2 ago, woild try to redeem the rewards and they’d disappear, was like that for a few weeks. Until they finally released an app update. Also I’d recommend calling their number over the email. 1 (800) 822-6235

The app doesn’t even let me submit orders. Every time I’ve tried it takes the money but has an error message and never sends the order.
And no, it doesn’t go back into my account. Eveytime it processes after a few days and if I’m really that worried about it I have to file chargebacks.
