Wouldn’t this help show people that they’re busy? I’d probably suggest thicker plastic for when the dashers start getting belligerent but it’s interesting

I hate the open kitchen having a customer stand at the counter and watching you make food and you have to act like they aren’t there or it gets busy and there is multiple people waiting at the counter getting slowly angry the longer it takes their food to get out

Customers help police the employees. It is a great idea. Quality and cleanliness will be better because they are making the food in front of the customer. If I see a single spurt of sour cream in one spot I’m going to ask that they spread it out.
