I feel like calling it a gelato is misleading, its definitely more of a sorbet. I could’nt taste any dairy in it which i was worried about, i feel like an actual baja blast gelato with dairy in it would be gross. the texture is nice, and it tastes just like if baja blast was a sorbet. I definitely prefer this over the Baja Blast Freeze item, it feels like it’s all flavor instead of being half BB and half slush. Perfect if i was craving a lighter, fruity ice cream sort of thing on a hot day. 8/10
