I’ve had this plant since spring and have always kept it under light with a timer. It’s sooo bushy but I don’t exactly know what to look for for the peppers. They are red ghost peppers.

When I have a plant that doesn’t grow flower/peppers I always wonder if it’s getting enough light, what the fertilizer mix is/if it’s getting enough, and then to a lesser extent what kind of pot is it in.
Do you have other plants in your grow tent which are fruiting? If not, you may need a stronger light (and/or a light with a wider spectrum of light colors).
Are you fertilizing? If not, do it. If so, are you emphasizing the P and especially the K in the NPK?
Finally, has the plant outgrown its pot? It looks like a pretty big plant and I can’t see the pot at all. If it’s rootbound, it may not produce.
Light and/or fertilizer is my main guess though. It looks otherwise healthy.
You’ve got flower buds starting to form that I can see, so you’re getting pretty close to seeing bloomed flowers then baby peppers and I’ve heard super hots like the ghost peppers take a bit longer than the sweeter varieties to ripen, but if I had to guess a time frame I’d say you should start seeing baby peppers in a month or 2
