My plants have been in this soil for 6 days. This morning I noticed a sudden whiteness about the stems on them. Is it mold, and if so WHAT do I do about it? I have heard that 3% Hydrogen peroxide works. However I have seen some say to dilute it 1 part H202 : 2 parts water. Which… sounds wrong. I have seen others give a more precise 1 tsp H202 : 1 Cup water ratio. (That’s 1 part to 48 parts by comparison) In either case, this dilution is meant to be sprayed on the plants. Can I directly brush 🖌️ some on in addition to spraying?

Looks like the growing medium is way too wet
Peppers hate wet feet
Pull the seedling up gently with some of the dirt and put it in dry soil. The dry soil will wick some of the moisture off then leave it for a day or two before wetting the new soil.
