Taco Bell never bothers with mods smh. Tbh tho I think I side is 85 cents? Not saying you should’ve ordered this way but sometimes its easier to check for the side in the bag before leaving.
Adding tomatoes isn’t hard, but imagine looking at a relatively small screen to read the order and modifications. All day long you’re seeing tomatoes or lettuce being REMOVED from tacos, which is why we so often mess up and don’t ADD those products instead. We’re so used to doing the meat and cheese only thing, or supreme no tomatoes, that we sometimes read it wrong because it’s what we expect to see. It’s not an excuse, but if you have a mod that’s uncommon, you might want to check your items.

Try adding them “on the side” and see if that works. Hopefully! If they mess up you’ll know immediately due to the lack of side containers and can ask for them to provide some on the spot.
