Going for a classic OTFC recipe today with the Chili Butter Steak and Shrimp. The best of surf and turf all in one skillet. Sear off some steaks till done to your preferred temperature.     I wish youā€™d cook the center of the steak some more to show these ignorant folks that juicy, tender, and well done can coexist. So many meat eaters who arenā€™t cooks are very ignorant/unaware! šŸ¤Æ

    When i make compound butter i like heat up the butter, add the ingriedients. And just let it infuse.i feel it just makes the ingriedients infuse better into the butter better
